Dylan’s Business and Commercial experience has been developed over 3 decades. During this time, he created and ran one of the largest Shooting Schools and Sporting Agencies in the United Kingdom – “The Royal Berkshire”. Acquired by James Purdey and Sons, a Richemont Company, in 2018. Dylan continues to act as a Consultant to the new owners
Previous experience included being Head of the Game and Wildlife Department of the Sparsholt College creating the first 3 year Diploma in Game and Wildlife Management – which still continues today – some 33 years following its creation.
Dylan was also was a founder, and director of the Really Wild Clothing Company.

Within the shooting industry no other entity has helped raise over £30 million for charity, which was achieved since 1991 whilst Dylan was at the helm. It is a testament to the success of the events hosted that many enjoyed 15 to 20 years of consecutive success, including Great Ormond Street, Hospital, Peter Jones Foundation and The Willow Foundation.

Many years have been dedicated to ensuring the provision of the finest sport for discerning guests wishing to enjoy sport on prestigious estates and the experience Pressendye can bring to estates on marketing, promotion and provision of customer expectations, is much sought after throughout the UK and overseas.
Studies in Conservation and Ecology formalised and expanded Dylan’s passion for the countryside. Positions working for the Countryside Commission for Scotland, Surrey Wildlife Trust and Game Conservancy all built to provide Dylan with the ability to have an objective and practical view of Fieldsports, Conservation and Farming.
The desire to enter the commercial world of shooting led to Dylan establishing the Royal Berkshire Shooting School in 1991 which has become recognised as one of the worlds finest Shooting Grounds.
